Donald Sutherland Obituary SUTHERLAND, DONALD ROBERT (SUDS) Royal Canadian Navy 1948 - 1953 Passed away June 20, 2011 in his 83rd year at the Kingston General Hospital after a short illness. Lovingly remembered by his wife Gwen Dowdall of 57 years. Dear father of Michael. Sadly missed by grandchildren Matthew and Jennifer and great granddaughter Jade. Brother of Shirley, Betty and Gordon. Brother in law of Francis (Frona), Paul (Pat) Dowdall and Vi Cureston. Loving uncle to Debbie, Brandy, Jamie and Jeff and many other nieces and nephews. Following cremation family and friends will be received at Goodfellow's Funeral Home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.Memorial service will be held in the Funeral Home on Friday June 24 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Davies 4 ICU of Kingston General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
