Linda Forbes

Linda J. Forbes (Bryden) passed away peacefully at the Lennox & Addington General Hospital with her family by her side on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. Pre-deceased by her late husband Les Forbes. Proud and adored mother of Bill (Basia) Forbes, James (Ivan) Forbes, Lori (late Dale) Forbes and Susan (Andrew) Parkes.

"Granny" will be forever missed and always cherished by her grandchildren Matthew, Melyssa (Jon), Victoria (John), Johnathon, Hannah, Victor, Natalia, Becky (Mike), Emma, Natalie and by her great-grandchildren Liam, Jackson, Madelyn, Sophie, Aidan, Cadence, Emma, Lucas, Blaze and Casey. Linda is pre-deceased by her parents Damon & Lena Bryden, along with her siblings Freda, Roy, Findlay, Robert, Jack, Watson, Wilma and Grace. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

The family will receive friends at the Milestone Funeral Home, Northbrook Chapel on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 11am to 1pm. A Celebration of Life Service will follow in the Chapel at 1pm with Rev. Rob Heyman Officiating. Burial of the urn will take place at a later date in Flinton United Church Cemetery.
