Former Co-Owner of Salmond Brothers Pro Hardware - Cloyne
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Pine Meadow Nursing Home on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the age of 89. Devoted wife of the late John Mackenzie “Mac” Salmond. Cherished mother of Lori Wagner (Wayne) of Cloyne, John Salmond of Cloyne and Pam Fergusson (Ross) of Perth. Gramma Sam will be lovingly remembered by Ian (Colleen), Sarah (Adam), Zach (Calista), Sadie (Derek), Lance, Alexus “Lulu”, Mackenzie and Lincoln. Beloved sister of Barry Dicks (Patricia) of Flinton. Marilyn will be forever missed by her nieces, nephews, friends and many other relatives.
A Celebration of Marilyn’s Life will be held at Milestone Funeral Homes, Northbrook Chapel on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm with Live-Streaming for the Words of Remembrance to be said at 1:00pm. A Private Family Interment will be held in Dempsey Cemetery at a later date. Thank you to Dr. Tobia for your continued care of our Mother over the years, and thank you to the staff of Pine Meadow for making Mom's stay over the past 3 years a comfortable one. The impact you all have made will never be forgotten.
