Velma Price Obituary PRICE, VELMA KATHLEEN (Sproule) Born in Bellville January 31, 1934 Passed away peacefully on November 29, 2010at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 76. Velma touched the lives of countless people during her 33 year career as secretary at Land O'Lakes Public School and 12 years as clerk with the former Olden Township. Beloved wife of the late Dale Price. Dear mother to Deborah Jinkinson, (Late Allan), Diane Peeters (Lawrence), Charlie (Ale) and the late Mark. Survived by grandchildren Katie Hoffman (Jason), Tom, Brianna, Corey, Agustina, Deil, Mathew. Great grandmother to Elodie and Aisla Hoffman. Special sister to Elva Price (Ron), and Maralee Stephenson. Sister in law to Donald McGregor, Marjorie Sproule, Irene Ervin, Cleo Price (late Grant), Norene Young (Elgin) Adabelle Snider (Elwood), Jack Price (Frona), Darrell Price (Doreen), Ivan Price (Lenora) and Gerald Price (Norma). Predeceased by her loving parents James and Beatrice Sproule her brother Bill and sisters Barb and Elsie. Velma will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Saturday December 4, 2010 at 11 am. Interment Mountain Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Kingston Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
