Bill passed away peacefully at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the age of 86. Loving husband of 65 years to Patsy Lowery. Proud father of David (Jane) Lowery, Tom (Roz) Lowery and Cory Lowery. Cherished grandfather of Natasha (Sam), Natalie (Mike), Whitney (James), Mason (Meghan) and by his numerous great-grandchildren and his great-great-grandson. Bill will be sadly missed by his sisters Zelda Hannah, Mary (Larry) Wisteard, Colleen (Keith) Steele and by his brother Charles (late Betty) Lowery. Pre-deceased by parents Walter & Mabel Lowery and by his siblings John (late Vivian), Vi (late Lloyd) Cooke, Jim (Bonnie) Lowery, Wayne (late Linda), Hub Lowery, Brian Lowery and Ruby Lowery.

The family will receive friends at the Milestone Funeral Home - Parham Chapel on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm & Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1:00pm. Interment at Parham Cemetery.
